In this podcast, we interview Eitan Bronstein, director of “Zochrot,” an Israeli organization working to raise awareness of the Nakba, the Palestinian catastrophe of 1948. Eitan and the rest of the Zochrot team are a very inspirational example of the need for Israelis to “witness, acknowledge, and repair.”

Interview with a high-school student in a religious school in Jerusalem who speaks about the daily and ‘normal’ racism towards Arabs in her school and in her everyday life. She talks about how she came to meet Arabs at all and how they were nothing like what her classmates consider them to be: terrorists. This young girl is not political, but is simply a witness to racist thoughts enforced by many religious institutions in Israel, giving her second thoughts about whether or not she will continue to live in Israel considering the atmosphere of hatred and injustices.
